A class party will be held from 5 to 7 PM at Dr. Norwoods house. Joining us with be Bob Brown, Food Industry Consultant, and his wife, who will discuss how to communicate effectively in a business setting. There will be about 18 total people eating.
There will be a variety of activities, and students are expected to cook and bring foods. Below are the assignments. Please bring a copy of your recipe, including all ingredients used, so that those with eating restrictions can determine whether to partake in a particular dish.
- Andy Zahl—In charge of the Supertaster test and the wine test.
- Seanna Reid—Bringing mashed potatoes. In charge of designing wine taste test for Andy to administer.
- Drew Forsman—Bringing salsa and chips. Salsa must be made by Drew, cannot be store bought.
- James Breece—Deviled eggs.
- Christina Ramos—Pecan Pie.
- Kylee Poteet—Green beans and in charge of tea.
- Olivia Roberts—Carrot cake.
- Meredith Munson—Rolls. Must be either made by hand or bring something else also.
- Kayla Wideman—Sweet potato casserole
- Shannon Wise—Potato soup
- Wu Tong—Spinach and artichoke dip and crackers
- Ryechan Lee—Really good salad.
- Warren Duncan—Cranberry sauce (not out of a can). In charge of cooking the pork chops.
